Ready-to-Ship Jewellery In-stock pieces dispatch within 1-2 business days. If we need to create your preferred plating color, allow an additional 1-2 weeks. We'll contact you immediately if any delays are expected.

All international orders are sent via Express Post with tracking.

Your veil is more than an accessory - it’s a treasured keepsake from one of the most important days of your life. With a few simple steps, you can ensure it stays as radiant and beautiful as the moment you walked down the aisle.

Handling Your Veil

• Always handle your veil with clean, dry hands.

• Hold by the comb or edges to prevent tugging or stretching.

• When trying on, avoid pulling or snagging delicate lace or tulle.

• Keep it away from sharp objects, jewellery, or rough surfaces that can catch or tear the fabric.

• When getting ready, we can be a bit hurried to place the veil in our Bride's hair, as time is a ticking! Please be gentle. Some tulles are more fragile than others. Treat with care

Preparing Your Veil

• If you have room, hang out your veil about two weeks before and let it naturally drop or spread train out if you have the room. This will help remove some of your creases from travel and storage. 
  
• Light steam is the safest way to remove wrinkles. Keep the nozzle at a distance and move continuously. 
  
  
• Avoid ironing directly onto delicate tulle, lace, or appliqués.

• Keep your veil away from makeup, perfume, hairspray, or lotions when wearing — these can stain or weaken the fabric.

• Professional cleaning after your wedding is recommended to preserve the veil for future keepsakes or reuse.

Storing Your Veil

• Short-term: Lay flat in your original protective box or hang in bag provided

• Long-term: Wrap gently in acid-free tissue paper and store in a cool, dry place.

• Avoid hanging for extended periods if you have light tulles with heavy trim - this can stretch the tulle or lace.

• For veils with embellishments (pearls, crystals, lace appliqués), ensure they are not pressed under heavy items to prevent crushing.

Travel & Destination Weddings

• Fold gently in a soft cloth bag or your original veil box when travelling.

• For destination weddings, carry your veil in hand luggage if flying to prevent compression and damage.

• Consider light steaming on arrival to restore drape and volume.

Repair 

• Minor snags on lace or sewn beads, or loose threads on lace trims can often be professionally repaired.
  

• If there is a tear in your veil after the wedding, your veil can sometimes be re-designed by shortening or having some lace added to repair and refinish.
