Processing Times

Made-to-Order Pieces (Most headpieces and veils) Our handcrafted pieces are created especially for you, typically taking 3-5 weeks from order to dispatch. Need it sooner? Add your timeline in the checkout notes or email us—we'll do our best to accommodate rush orders.

Ready-to-Ship Jewellery In-stock pieces dispatch within 1-2 business days. If we need to create your preferred plating color, allow an additional 1-2 weeks. We'll contact you immediately if any delays are expected.

International Delivery

All international orders are sent via Express Post with tracking.

Express Shipping Costs:

  • New Zealand: $45 AUD
  • United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland): $55 AUD
  • USA & Canada: $55 AUD 
  • Rest of the World: $55 AUD 

Standard Shipping Costs:

  • New Zealand: $20 AUD
  • United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland): $30 AUD
  • USA & Canada: $40 AUD
  • Rest of the World: $40 AUD

International Duties & Tariffs

For international orders, please note that any customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in your Kezani order total unless stated at checkout and are determined by your local customs authority upon arrival.

Kezani has no control over these fees and is unable to predict or cover them, including any tariffs applied to shipments entering the United States. We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to ordering if you are unsure of potential charges.
