About Anita - Kezani designer
In the year 2000, Anita Rosielle, was managing a high fashion bridal store in Western Australia and had no idea her career was about to take a new and exciting turn. The up and coming event was the WA Fashion Designer Awards, and to be a part of this, Anita spent three months creating an intricately wired and jewelled bodice with her friend and work colleague, Kellie Domenech. This beautiful bodice sat over a divine lilac satin wedding gown and became a finalist in the Contemporary Bride section of these awards. With that last strut down the catwalk, a new career was born.
"I looked at this amazing bodice and said to myself, I can make jewellery!! I didn't know that", said Anita.
From a straight piece of wire and beautiful bead combinations, Anita has been able to create unique designs that have been loved and worn around the globe. She is passionate in all things bridal and her nineteen years of working with brides and their wedding gowns prior, has given her an amazing insight on how to assist you in styling the perfect accessories.
Anita originally opened her first Kezani jewellery store on the Gold Coast in 2007. Whilst broadening her label there, Anita also worked as a fashion stylist assisting several bridal magazines in Queensland with their editorial shoots.
Missing home, she moved back to WA at the end of 2011 and now has a gorgeous store on Cambridge Street in West Leederville.
With over 20 years of bridal experience and her life long interests in fashion and travel, Anita loves to explore and create her own distinctive look in the bridal industry. She likes to push the boundaries with her statement pieces without losing the femininity and romance of it all.
Her collections feature exquisite detailing from glamorous hairpieces to her Signature Cuffs all crafted with Swarovski Crystals and Pearl.
Anita is just about to release her latest ad campaign, a collaboration with a well known, body paint artist, Becca Gilmartin [Australian make up artist of the year winner].
