Ordering & Delivery Times

How much time should I allow for a jewellery/headpiece order? Please allow one to five weeks for standard delivery. Most Kezani pieces are made to order specially for you. Rush orders are possible for urgent requests.

My wedding is in two weeks - can I still get a Kezani piece? You're not alone! Many brides leave their accessories until last, and we're here to help. We'll do our utmost to provide you with the perfect accessories, even with short notice.

Can you accommodate urgent/rush orders? Most times, yes! We can accommodate urgent orders providing we have all components in stock. Please call or email to confirm, or place your order with your request in the notes section and we'll confirm within 24 hours. A full refund is available if we cannot accommodate your timeline.

I have my hair trial booked - can my headpiece be ready for this? These appointments are important to us too, as they allow time for your hairdresser to work out perfect positioning. Please add this detail in the notes section at checkout. If it's outside our standard delivery times, we'll move mountains to try and achieve this for you.

How long for standard delivery? Generally allow three working days within Australia and two weeks for overseas orders. Contact us for specific delivery times to your location.

Store Visits & Appointments

Can I visit your store? Absolutely! You're most welcome to visit our West Leederville store at 142 Northwood Street, West Leederville, Western Australia. Please check our opening times on the contact page first.

Do I need an appointment? We love appointments but they're not necessary - you're welcome to walk in. However, we do recommend booking ahead if you'd like to bring your wedding dress to try on with accessories, as this allows us to allocate proper space and time for you.

Can I make an after-hours appointment? Contact us with your special requirements and we'll endeavour to accommodate you.

Products & Customization

Are all your collections shown on the website? We have additional collections and styles available in-store. If you're looking for something specific that's not on our website, please email or call us. We'll send you more information and images of what we have to suit your needs.

Can I alter or customize one of your pieces? At Kezani, we strive to create the perfect look for your special day. Anita is always remodelling pieces to suit customers' individual style. Send us your ideas via email or call to arrange an appointment.

Can you supply products in different colours? Certainly! Please email us photos of your dress or colour scheme and we can match the closest available options.

Can I change the beads in a piece? Yes, you can send us a customization request and we'll work with you to create your perfect piece.

What crystals do you use? All Kezani Jewellery creations are made using the finest Austrian crystals from Swarovski unless otherwise stated.

Do you stock Stephanie Browne jewellery? Yes, we're the exclusive stockist of Stephanie Browne jewellery in Western Australia.

Do you stock Lola Knight Official jewellery? Yes, we're the exclusive stockist of Lola Knight in Western Australia.

Do you stock Engaging Eve wedding veils? Yes, we are a major stockist of Engaging Eve in Western Australia.

How can I get free styling advice? Simply fill out the form on our contact page and we'll be in touch with personalized recommendations for your special day.

What bridal styles do you cater to? Whether you love old Hollywood glamour, boho chic, vintage elegance, or traditional classic styles - and whether you're having a chapel, garden, or destination wedding - Kezani carries collections for all these beautiful aesthetics.

Ordering & Payment

Do I need to register to purchase online? Registration is optional but makes future purchases quicker and easier.

Do I need to subscribe to your mailing list? Not at all - it's entirely up to you. If you'd like updates on specials and new collections, please subscribe. We respect your inbox and typically send just one newsletter per month.

Do you offer layby? Yes! Contact us and we'll set up a layby plan for you.

What currency are your prices in? All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Australian GST and state/federal taxes. Our website automatically adjusts currency display for international visitors, however prices do not include any customs duties, tariffs, or taxes that may apply in your country upon delivery.

What payment methods do you accept? Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Afterpay, Shoppay, Direct Deposit, EFTPOS

Shipping & Returns

Do you offer free shipping? Yes, we offer free shipping Australia-wide via Australia Post for orders over $150

Do you deliver internationally? Yes, we deliver worldwide. International delivery typically takes two weeks.

What's your returns policy? Kezani offers a 7-day exchange or refund period for all standard online orders. Items must be returned unworn (except for trying on), in original packaging, and cannot be custom variations beyond our standard bead/colour options. Pierced earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. See our full terms and conditions for complete details.

Can I change or cancel my order? Yes, if within 48 hours of placing your order. A cancellation fee applies if the item has already entered the manufacturing process (particularly for rush orders).

How long have you been in the bridal business? Anita, the designer and owner of Kezani Jewellery, has been in the bridal industry for over 28 years. Her extensive experience in the wedding gown industry gives her unique insight into what coordinates beautifully with your dress, understanding fabrics, colours, and settings. Anita has styled thousands of brides throughout her career.

Where is your jewellery made? The Kezani label is proudly Australian made. All Kezani pieces are handcrafted to order in our West Leederville, Perth, Western Australia studio. We also carry the Stephanie Browne label, Lola Knight and Engaging Eve which is primarily made in Australia.

Have you won any awards? Yes! We've won the Australian Bridal Industry Awards (ABIA) for Jewellery Fashion in 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2014. Wedding Industry Awards 2023

What guarantees do you offer? Kezani forwards all supplier manufacturer warranties. Email us for specific warranty information.

Do you sell bridal shoes? Right next door to Kezani is Georgie's Bridal Shoes, who have been adorning brides' feet for years with all the latest designs and styles.

How can I feature on your 'Real Brides' page? We love seeing photos of our brides! Please send us a collection of images from your special day and we may feature your wedding on our website.

Can I see more photos of a product? Absolutely! Contact us and we'll email additional photos of any piece you're interested in.

Is this possible?                                                                                                             A: These appointments are important to us too as it allows time for the hairdresser to work out perfect positioning. If it is out of our standard delivery times we promise we will jump hoops to try and achieve this for you.                                                                                                   

Q: My wedding is soon and I need my headpiece urgently, is this possible?A: Most times, the answer is YES. We can accommodate urgents providing we have all the components in stock. Please call or email to confirm, or you may place order with your request in the Note Box provided and we will confirm within 24 hours. A full refund will be available if we cannot accommodate, in this circumstance.

Q: Are all your collections on your website?
A:There are more collections and styles available instore. If there is something specific you are looking for and cannot find this on our website, please send us an email or phone if you cannot come into store. We will then send you more info and images if possible of what we may have to suit.

Q: Can I come into our store?

Q: Can I bring my wedding dress into the store to try on and choose accessories?A: Yes, you can. We would prefer you to book an appointment if this is what you would like to do. This way we can have enough space allowed for you.

Q: I have booked my hair trial - can my headpiece be made for this?
If you have your wedding hair trial booked and it falls in less time than your scheduled delivery - please write this in Notes box provided on checkout and we will confirm if this is possible. We will always endeavour to accommodate you as we would prefer you to have your piece for this appointment too!!

Q: Can I make an after hours appointment?

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Yes, if within 48hours. A cancellation fee will be charged if item is already through to manufacturing process [urgents]

Q: If the piece I order does not suit me upon arrival can I get a full refund?A: Yes, all online purchases can be returned within 7days upon received goods for a full refund providing the following:
1. it has not been custom made with a variation other than the bead and colour options stated on our website. It is not a pierced earring - all pierced earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. You are returning this unworn [besides try on] and in it's original packaging.
